I was born, raised and educated in Dallas, and over the years I have circled the Metroplex many times over. D/FW is vast so it’s good to provide focus for my clients.

I am currently specializing in the following areas: North on Dallas North Parkway (Celina ISD), North on US-75 (North McKinney and Anna), east on SH 121 (Melissa) and east on US-380 (New Hope and Princeton).

I am adding Celina ISD to my coverage in order to address the severe overhang of vacant developed lots there as well as the equally large number of lots under development. I am not leaving the eastern markets, such as east on I-30 and east on US-80, but will service them on a project-specific basis until the current freeway construction is completed.
