I was born, raised and educated in Dallas. Over the years, I have circled the entire Metroplex working on particular assignments.

DFW is vast, so it’s good to provide focus for clients. I find myself specializing in certain areas: North on US-75 (McKinney to Anna), east on 380 (Princeton), east on 121 (Melissa), east on I-30 (Rockwall, Fate, Royce City), and US-80 east (Forney).

These important submarkets continue to have tremendous long-term upside. Seeing DFW develop over the decades, I have become quite familiar with both land parcels and and lot positions in each of these active municipalities.
